Important — Before You Apply

If selected, you will be required to provide your Illinois Business Tax (IBT) Number as part of our City of Chicago permit filing. This is mandatory — vendors without an IBT number cannot be confirmed.

Don't have one yet? Register at mytax.illinois.gov or call the Illinois Department of Revenue at (217) 785-3707. We recommend doing this now so you're ready if selected.

I have read and accept the event policies: white tent is mandatory, payment must be completed within 48 hours of acceptance, vendor fees are non-refundable, and I commit to full presence on event day.

I understand that all official communication will be sent by email. I commit to monitoring my inbox including spam folder, and to following The Market Shop Event on social media to stay informed about dates, updates, and important announcements.
