Why The Market Shop
We've spent 4+ years and 50+ events building a genuine community in Chicago — welcoming over 20,000 guests through our markets. We're expanding to Arizona. When you sponsor The Market Shop, your brand becomes part of that community, not just an ad placed next to it.
Our events don't happen in a convention center. They happen in Lincoln Park — one of Chicago's most visited neighborhoods — and in the heart of Scottsdale. Our audience is local, loyal, and shows up every time.

Every sponsor gets a contract with specific deliverables and a post-event recap with photos, metrics, and content. We've done this across 50+ events in 4 years. Our sponsors come back because the results are real.
Chicago runs May through September. Arizona activates October through December. Your brand can be present year-round in two growing markets — the same community, a new geography.
Reels, stories, and posts featuring your brand extend the reach of the event for weeks. With a 10.5% engagement rate — vs. the 1–3% industry average — your content actually gets seen.
Sponsors who commit to multiple events get priority placement and priority access to new cities. We're building this to scale — and we bring our partners with us.

Custom Partnership
Some brands need more space, a different activation format, presence across multiple events, or something we haven't listed. If you have a specific vision for how your brand should show up at The Market Shop, tell us. We build custom partnerships for brands that are ready to go bigger.
Category Exclusivity
When you sponsor The Market Shop Event, you are the only brand from your industry at that event. We do not accept two sponsors from the same category — no competing brands, no split attention, no diluted impact.
If you're a wellness brand, you're the wellness brand at that event. If you're a beverage, you own that space. That's not a courtesy — it's part of the contract.

For Gold only, we schedule a quick call to plan your activation, content strategy, and stand placement. This is where we make sure every detail is right for your brand.

All sponsorships are paid in full before the event. This is non-negotiable — it's what allows us to produce the materials and guarantee every deliverable we commit to.
On event day, your brand is activated exactly as agreed. Within 5 business days you receive a full recap with content, photos, and reach data.

Sponsors are responsible for setting up their own activation. Here's what you need to know:
Space: We recommend a 10×10 footprint, which is standard for the event. If your activation requires more space — a larger display, a branded experience, or a full brand installation — we can accommodate it. Sponsors have flexibility that vendors don't. Just let us know in advance.
Electricity: The event is fully outdoors, so there is no venue electricity available. If your activation requires power, you're welcome to bring your own generator. We'll confirm placement logistics in your pre-event briefing.
Materials: You can bring banners, displays, product samples, branded furniture, interactive setups — whatever fits your brand experience. Our attendees love immersive brand activations, and there are no aesthetic restrictions for sponsors beyond keeping the setup professional and aligned with your brand identity.
If you're planning something beyond a standard booth — a sampling station, a photo moment, a wellness activation — tell us when you reach out. We'll make sure the placement works for the experience you have in mind.
